Nolanville out of Money

Last night as the news came on, it was talking to Nolanville residents. They have only the Chief of Police to patrol the streets.

I was shocked to hear this happened. I cannot imagine having to fight for fire protection or police protection. One article at Killeen Daily Telegram that I cannot find today said the basic reason is “inability to budget effectively”.
Sadly the residents of Nolanville are paying for whatever caused this disaster.
